Goodbye Summer: Summer Recap 2016

1:51 PM

This summer has seriously flown right by me. If I'm being real here, I'm still stuck in August. However, realistically it is in fact September and school is just around the corner for me! I decided to share some one of my favorite trips from the summer time!

I took a cruise from Miami, Florida to different Virgin Islands. This whole entire trip was absolutely breath taking! I enjoyed every minute of it. The places I went to included Miami, Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk.

Miami, Florida

I stayed in Miami for just a few days before the cruise with my family. Call me crazy but, I just could not get enough of all these palm trees around the beach. Miami is a great place with a fun city life.

Half Moon Cay, The Bahamas

This next place I went to was ABSOLUTELY breathtaking! I have never seen bluer water in my life and it was incredible. I fell in love with it.

Naturally, I love exploring new places (Especially beaches). So me and my little sis walked down the beach and found the cutest private area with a hammock. How much more perfect can this place get?! Am I right?

I seriously fell in love with this place. This was probably one of those moment where I needed to be pinched to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

St. Thomas

St. Thomas was probably one of my favorite places of this whole entire trip. It was absolutely stunning and I liked the atmosphere of the island as well. I pretty much spent a majority of the day in the ocean enjoying the warm sun on my skin.

We came across a little beach called Coki Beach. It was the prettiest little piece of paradise I have ever seen. The sunset from the balcony on the ship was gorgeous that evening and I just couldn't resist getting some snaps of it.

San Juan,  Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico is a place I have always wanted to go to and now I can finally say that I've been to it! While visiting San Juan, we took a tour to go and see the El Yunque Rain Forest where the waterfall is. This was also such a breathtaking place. There was so much green and nature in my surroundings and it was really just something you don't see everyday, especially living in Los Angeles.

Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos

The last place the cruise took us was to Grand Turk. Yet another breathtaking island that I fell in love with. This beach was absolutely stunning as well.

I can honestly say that this trip was such an amazing experience. Just going out and experiencing different places in this world is such a beautiful thing to see.
